Terms of Service

Effective 14 August 2026. These terms apply to the owned website, free diagnostic tools, quotes, and accepted digital data-preparation or transformation services offered by GLOBAL OPPORTUNITY OS.

Free tools and requests

A free check is informational and bounded by the limitations shown on its page. A quote or service submission is a request for review; it does not itself create a contract, invoice, payment obligation, or authorization to begin work.

Scope and acceptance

Paid work begins only after the input boundary, deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria, price, delivery timing, and payment requirement are presented and accepted through the applicable service path. Changes or unsupported requirements require a revised scope before work continues.

Your authorization and responsibilities

You must have the right to provide submitted files and instructions and authorize their processing for the accepted service. Keep an original backup, provide accurate requirements, review reported exceptions, and do not submit credentials, payment data, illegal content, or data that the stated service boundary does not permit.

Payment, delivery, cancellation, and refunds

The exact payment condition and delivery method are stated in the accepted offer. Costly processing and protected delivery do not begin before applicable payment confirmation. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed against the accepted scope, work already performed, delivered artifacts, provider rules, and any material service error; no automatic or universal refund is promised.

Service limitations

Results are limited to the agreed data and deterministic checks or transformations. We do not guarantee acceptance by Shopify, WooCommerce, or another third-party platform, uninterrupted availability, or a particular commercial outcome. Ambiguous, unsafe, illegal, or unsupported work may be rejected or stopped.
