Privacy Policy

Effective 14 August 2026. This policy explains how GLOBAL OPPORTUNITY OS handles information for its owned website, free checks, service requests, paid data-preparation work, and internal demand measurement.

Information we handle

Information you voluntarily provide in a service or quote request, including the requested outcome, scope, declared file characteristics, deadline, budget, consent, and portal account details where used.
CSV files you deliberately select for a free check are analyzed in request memory and are not written to customer storage. Files for accepted paid work are accepted only through the stated secure delivery path after the applicable payment condition is met.
Operational, security, attribution, and privacy-safe funnel metadata such as route, event stage, campaign parameters, timestamps, response category, and automation classification. We do not use this telemetry to store customer file contents.

How information is used

We use this information to provide requested checks and services, qualify and price bounded work, operate secure delivery, prevent abuse, measure service and acquisition performance, maintain audit evidence, and improve the owned service.

Google and advertising data

Google Search Console and Google Ads/API data may be processed internally for aggregate search, campaign, reporting, attribution, and demand decisions. Public visitors do not receive direct Google Ads API access. Google Ads API data is not sold, and it does not independently authorize advertising spend or another external action.

Payments and service providers

When payment is activated for an accepted offer, payment credentials and settlement are handled by the identified payment provider under its own terms and privacy practices. This website does not ask you to place payment credentials in a quote or CSV file. Necessary infrastructure and AI/API providers may process only the bounded information required for an authorized task.

Retention and deletion

We keep operational records, service evidence, and paid job files only as long as reasonably required for the service, security, reconciliation, legal obligations, and append-only audit lineage. Ephemeral free-check files are not retained. A deletion request may be made through the support address below; records that must be preserved for security, payment, or legal evidence may be retained where required.

Your choices and safe use

Do not submit credentials, payment data, regulated data, illegal content, or personal/sensitive data unless an accepted scope explicitly provides a suitable authorized path. You may choose not to submit a request or file.
